Service Hours:Monday-Friday .10am-6pm every other Saturday 8am-3pm
Please wear a mask upon arrival to and during your appointment. This is for our safety as well as yours. NO MASK=NO ENTRY.
No extra guest. No exceptions.
WALK INS ARE WELCOMED M-F if open at my discretion. Once walk in spots are filled no more will be added
Please purchase your hair before booking appointment to ensure you have in time.
Do not book with me on a day where you have time constraints. I take my time on each head to ensure it is seamless and secured. Appointments are subjected to go over times. Please book accordingly.
Please drop lace frontals off 2-3 days in advance .If your appointment is on a Tuesday or Wednesday please drop-off the week before at least by Friday. A $50 fee will be applied to the appointment if out of the time frame listed. We are open Monday-Friday starting January 2022
Please drop hair off 3-4 days in advance for color services. All extensions go through a moisture revitalization process to maintain integrity and softness of hair
Any appointments booked after hours (6pm-until) have a automatic $50 after hour fee. Meaning if you get off at 530 and you book an appointment for after 6pm it is considered a after hour appointment and will be an upcharge.
•4-5 bundles are required if you purchase hair that’s 26” or longer with lace installs• 3-4 bundles/pack hair is required for a full installation
• If you want your hair curled and pinned up please provide your own duck bill clips
• Yes I do work with extreme loss, thin, or damage hair
•I do not work over fresh relaxer or over processed hair. Wait a full month before returning to me. I will turn you away at my Discretion.
•Relaxing leave out only for sewin is fine. ONLY THE LEAVEOUT.
i do not maintenance or work over other stylist work.
Please Remove all old installs and braids before you arrive to your appointment if you did not book a takedown.
i do not install cut or used lace i didn't originally install. Please only bring new lace. hd or transparent lace only. if you aren't sure contact me.
i do not install cut up scrapes of hair or dirty hair. Bring only full whole clean bundles to your appointment. If you bring chopped wefts an additional $50 will be added on to time to cover additional time to install.
Please add all styling options to your appointment when booking. if you don't book it then hair will be styled bone straight.
Hair is not provided for any service unless stated. Wigs and Hair available for appointment. Please contact me when booking via phone or email if hair is needed for appointment. Must purchase 4-5days before appointment.
Confirmation text sent out the day before please respond to our text to confirm your appointment. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of appointment
All Appointments Require a deposit. No deposit= No Appointment.
Deposits are deducted from service fee.
If you will be arriving late please let me know. All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 mins you will be charged an additional $20. After 30 mins late, your appointment is canceled. (please review cancellation policy)
please read in full the service you are booking full description before booking. if you have add-ons (curl, specialty styling, treatments etc..) Remaining balance to be paid upon completion of service. Accepted forms of payment Cash, Venmo, apple pay, Square & PayPal. Please note that there is a $3.50 fee when paying with PayPal and card payments.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & No show Policies
If rescheduling please do so within 48hrs before your scheduled service time. You can reschedule your appointment only once before another appointment and deposit will need to be set.
If you must cancel your appointment please do so a full 24 hrs. before your appointment to avoid a 50% fee of service. If appointment is canceled Deposit is still nonrefundable
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS ONLY RESCHEDULING
No Call/ No shows will be charged FULL amount, no appointment rebooked.
Refusal to follow listed salon procedures will result in appointment canceled and/or no future appointments.
