No extra people or kids will be allowed. Only the person being serviced may come in.

You agree to all terms by booking.
Service Hours:Wed-Sun.10am-6pm.Off Monday, Tuesday and every other Sunday.
Please wear a mask upon arrival to and during your appointment. This is for our saftey as well as yours. NO MASK=NO ENTRY.
No extra guest with the exception of a client that is a minor being serviced.
Please drop lace frontals and closures off 2-3 days in advance .A $50 fee will be applied to the appointment if out of the time frame listed. We are closed Monday, Tuesday, and every other Sunday, so please bring your lace either week before or Wednesday.
Please drop hair off 3-4 days in advance for color services. All extensions go through a moisture revitalization process to maintain integrity and softness of hair
i do not maintenance or work over other stylist work.
i do not install cut or used lace i didn't originally install. Please only bring new lace. hd or transparent lace only. if you aren't sure contact me.
i do not install cut up scrapes of hair or dirty hair. Bring only full whole clean bundles to your appointment. If you bring chopted wefts an additional $25 will be added on to time to cover additional time to install.
Please add all styling options to your appointment when booking. if you don't book it then hair will be styled bone straight.
Hair is not provided for any service unless stated. Wigs and Hair available for appointment. Please contact me when booking via phone or email if hair is needed for appointment. Must purchase 4-5 days before appointment.
All Appointments Require a deposit. No deposit= No Appointment NO EXCEPTIONS.
Deposits are deducted from service fee.
If you will be arriving late please let me know. All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 mins or more you will be charged an additional 15 dollar fee. 25 mins late Appointment canceled. (please review cancellation policy)
please read in full the service you are booking full description before booking. if you have add-ons (curl, specialty styling treatments etc..) Remaining balance to be paid upon completion of service. Accepted forms of payment Cash, Venmo, apple pay, Square & PayPal. Please note that there is a $3.50 fee when paying with PayPal and card payments.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & No show Policies
If rescheduling please do so within 48hrs before your scheduled service time. You can reschedule your appointment only once before another appointment and deposit will need to be set.
If you must cancel your appointment please do so a full 24 hrs. before your appointment to avoid a 50% fee of service. If appointment is canceled Deposit is still nonrefundable
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS ONLY RESCHEDULING
No Call/ No shows will be charged FULL amount, no appointment rebooked.
Refusal to follow listed salon procedures will result in appointment canceled and/or no future appointments.
